Cliquey. Juvenile. Unprofessional. Upper management not suited to manage, nor grow current or gain new business. Strategy is nonexistent although strat team is fully staffed; perhaps the most tone deaf, misdirected briefs ever received. Subpar work is the acceptable norm; issue flows from the top down. Too many over-titled and incredibly entitled staffers figuring it out as they go. A fundamental misunderstanding of what an idea is. How it works in social is not an idea.
