Chris Hickey: the worst CEO in America Too many to even list. Everything starts with Chris Hickey. Go take a look at the ringlead reviews (his last ceo role) notice how the positive reviews are exactly the same as quark?s, while the negative reviews all explicitly mention how miserable it is to work for him. I saw people hired and fired within a month because they didn?t reach quota.. how is there a quota after 1 month of on boarding. In the time I was there every single person he hired was either fired or left on their own because of how horrible it was to work for the guy. He hired a sales manager, then fired him within 2 months. I?ve never met someone more narcissistic in my life. Daily meetings where he will just call out the whole team. He changes the roadmap weekly, making it nearly impossible to know where the company is heading. Zero opportunity for success or moving up within the company. Quark was one of the great Colorado success stories, until Chris came in moves hq to nyc and completely ruined the culture. I honestly can?t believe that parralax has not fired him, but I guess they are content with the company going bankrupt within months. Check out former employees and see how long they lasted with the company. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. It?s insanity to think that every single person he?s hired is a bad fit, maybe take a look inward and you?ll see that the problem is Chris, not the employees who are set up for failure.
