Chaotic work environment due to poor structure & management My department was unprofessional, unorganized and poorly managed. The manager was unhappy, hostile and catty and this was permitted. Condescending, arrogant and dismissive management. Minimal investment in employee / career development. Just because it takes more time to finish a process, it doesn't make it better. Learn efficiency. Horrible benefits and pay is too low.
