Cares about money, not employees Upper management ignores the input of sales associates, has no regard for people that are actually in the stores providing services for the customers. Management that is hired for in the store is lost of the time inexperienced and the sales associates are used to train them, leading to the managers relying on staff to do their jobs for them. The store I was employed at went through 5 managers in my two years of being with the company.
