Be weary A lot of the ?perks? they offer to their employees is a guise. While free lunch and playing with dogs is fun they come up short when it comes to ACTUALLY treating their employees well where it matters: very limited PTO, barely any holidays, long hours. Lack of transparency within the agency and with outside clients, left me feeling yucky about the work I was doing.
