Bad management Management is a muppet without any brains who only push employee to keep charging ahead without any listening to them. Does not know limitations of their products - which they got plenty. Not at all up to the job of management. Not ethical. Don't care about employee's opinion or well being. Does not respect employee as a person unless employee is from certain ethnic background. Sydney office is not being run as it should be in a developed country. Management talks and rumors behind the back of the employees.
