Because the peacocks enjoy this so much, they don?t allow any consideration for anyone who isn?t part of this exclusive club of ego strokers. You won't learn anything new professionally because peacocks don't have the capacity for selflessness or mentorship. It's always a matter of how best you can serve your peacocks. If you?re not admiring the peacocks, your opinion isn?t wanted. You?re not kept in the loop of important information because the peacocks keep that to themselves. You?re on your own to figure everything out. Peacocks are too busy sitting in meetings all day and justifying their bloated salaries. You can bet their peacock feathers that if they overhear your good, normie ideas, they?ll steal it for themselves and not give you credit for it. Not sure what former employees wronged them so harshly, but the owners seem to be at the point of late-stage capitalism where they view their employees as expendable afterthoughts. They use the cheapest benefits and HR apps possible, all with questionable ethics. You can expect frequent paycheck and expense errors ? absolutely nothing will be done about it. Non-peacock salaries are a joke for the amount of work and traveling they are required to do. They pay their salesmen ridiculous amounts of money to do work that just gets pushed down to lower-level employees WHO AREN'T PAID ENOUGH. Nobody knows how to prioritize things at this company. Daily business is a putting out constant dumpster fires. Here's to hoping the existing employees learn enough sense to unionize. It's highly unlikely though because this place operates like a cult. A peacock cult.
