Don't be surprised if on your first week you are brought into the glass office to be yelled at, or worse, hear upper management talking and laughing behind your back. Don't be surprised if you work 60 to 70 hours a week and your hair falls out from stress. People last about a year there MAX - take a wild guess why that might be? It's such an unhealthy place to work that you get used to seeing people crying nearly every week because they are being reprimanded for not having met an impossible goal or deadline.
