Almost every Sales Exec has had to sue D3 at some point If you want to get paid, hire a lawyer - commission distribution is allegedly not clear and transparent. Make sure you calculate your own numbers. Toxic leadership does not care about employees and frequently values sales and money over the emotional and psychological safety of employees. They do not reward tigers as much as they reward sociopathic behaviour that any other company would not accept as part of Basic Human Rights or in any HR Department. That is evidenced by the fact that they have no Human Resource department!!! The fact they have been sued several times by sales and dropped by clients is telling. I would NOT recommend working here if you value your basic human rights and psychological safety. Very very very toxic and negative environment. Many users have switched to competitors and will continue to do so. This is not a classy work environment and your personal life will suffer if you work here. Also, whoever is writing the fake reviews on behalf of D3...... Needs to reconsider their values.
