Account Executive Low pay. The benefits are the legal minimum. Nobody ever stays long enough to be vested in the 401k They offer a big commission payout, but, they will fire you before they have to pay it. One of the few things you can count on at this job, is that whenever an executive comes to the New Jersey office, from Minnesota, someone will get fired.
