Abysmal There are problems with racism, sexism, homophobia. All of the managers are friends with the CEOs so there is constant abuse of power and very few people in senior roles are qualified. Get paid minimum wage to write 50 product descriptions a day. It?s exploitative. We were constantly sent tone deaf emails from the money-drunk CEOs about how much cash they were raking in while they continued to pay us ?8 an hour. It?s a 45h working week (with an unpaid half hour lunch, lol) and the office is in the middle of nowhere with no transport links.
