Abusive work environment with toxic leadership The leadership doesn't care about their employees, which has been made abundantly clear over the course of multiple rounds of layoffs where loyalty, tenure, and hard work were not taken into consideration. They host "company retreats" on weekends, which just means you're working 6-7 days that week (which is not out of the ordinary) The workload is insane - you will get phone calls at all hours of the day and night, regardless of whether you work with partners or customers - and you're expected to be a polite doormat. The micro-management is worse than anything I've ever seen. Shared inboxes where managers will nit-pick every word of your emails, even after they're sent. Expect to be asked to "draft something up" only to have someone on the executive team completely obliterate your work and start from scratch. It's a waste of time and impossible to grow. There's a small nucleus of 5ish people who are at the top of the company and everybody else is disposable - that is made super clear in the way they treat employees and the way they fire anybody who is A) too ambitious or B) wants growth.
