Absolute Joke! Where to start? Zero training or support from upper management. Favoritism is rampant, if they like you you can do whatever you wish (including leaving early and drinking on the job), but if they don?t, forget it. You can barely go to the bathroom without being questioned. Uneven and ever changing goals, designed to hit you with ?lack of performance? as to not give you a raise or worse can you. Had a guy sit literally next to me, hired to do the same job , bright kid who begged to be trained on recruitment, but our manager didn?t care (and didn?t like him) and a year later, bam, he?s gone. Sad. More young talent out the door. Never worked for a company that is so full of it. No one higher up (or even in the middle) cares, save for themselves. Most of the ?Directors? don?t understand even the basics of marketing, it?s honestly appalling. No reason whatsoever to believe this company will ever get better. Basically a frat house mentality but instead of college dudes, it?s a bunch of 40-somethings thinking they are superior to everyone while getting drunk and singing karaoke on the clients? dime. Joke.
