A waste of time No job security, employees are treated like they are disposable. No job training either, you are expected to teach yourself everything and are treated like you are dumb if you don?t understand. There are no bonuses, no performance reviews, no guaranteed raises. Management has very poor communication on what is required to be moved to higher positions. Was told a CPA is required to move up in the firm when high level management does not even have those credentials. Small firm so you will not be paid competitive wages. Every other employee during my time there quit.
