I do feel that my manager was receiving undeserved pressure from upper-management, and it resulted in my being often singled-out. While PageSuite does offer continual training on their products, they are already way behind other competitors and Executives were expected to push the sales of products that were not yet fully developed or were still in beta, to compensate. The Lead Process makes little sense and there is so much emphasis on just "making as many calls as possible" that the quality calls are far and few between.
