A depressing place to work Management with seemingly little care for employees in the trenches. Stressful environment where many workers feel understaffed, undertrained and with limited support from management. Mostly male office and management, feels like a boys club. No real office culture or social activities, people just do their work and leave. (I?m told the Australian office is different).
