There is no point of being in a team because the person right next to you does not care about what you do. People within the same this works on different projects - this is understandable - but individuals have to carry the entire burden because there is no collaboration nor cooperation. The partners seem to fail in delivering promises to his/her team, whether it be work promises or hiring condition promises.
