It?s been a revolving door for years, and isn?t getting better. You have an out of touch founder and the CFO running a media sales team. All the top talent has either left or they?ve been weeded out because they don?t drink the kool-aide. They hire a whole new sales team every year after they fire everyone else. They pay very little, but expect you to be ?honored? to even work here. Very out of touch and outdated media company that actually believes they are relevant. HQ is based out in Austin, and if you?re a satellite employee you?re treated very differently (badly).
