RUN THE OTHER WAY!! Management is elitist. They have an ungrateful, dismissive attitude towards non-revenue generating staff. No acknowledgement or gratitude of a job well done. High turnover of admin/accounting staff. 360 review is brutal. Top management is not personable and talk down to staff. Top & middle management have no clue of how to treat employees.
