Nothing Positive to Report- Company is definition of Mansplain At least when you get let go with 13 other people you will have a Cuban travel company on your CV so it's easy to explain in an interview that you worked for a failing company with no hope. Cons If you enjoy working for minimum wage, enjoy working for a failing company, enjoy being spoken to like a child in every meeting, enjoy being patronized by men then you should apply to be a travel specialist! There is 1 man at this company and it's a "my way or the highway" kind of place. Your thoughts and ideas will never be valued and all you will get is patronized. I've never worked for a company that didn't wish me a happy birthday or give me a card... I've never worked for a company that didn't ask me about my kids/boyfriend/ sick parents. Nobody cares about you.. I thought when the holidays rolled around, Insight Cuba might offer a holiday bonus or a gift card or 10 dollars to Starbucks or heck.. even a card. Not one person in upper management gave any type of gift or card. I REPEAT NO HOLIDAY CARD. All we got was an email reminding us to keep our phones on for emergencies. I've never felt so worthless in all of my life or undervalued.
