Poor execution Terrible treatment of employees. Employees are made to feel small and unappreciated. Management is checked out and uses private conference rooms as offices, cut off from regular employees and largely uninspiring. Cheap unhealthy snacks are given to employees to make it "feel like a start-up." Company literally has no culture, and the values posted on the wall have little to no value. The business model is tenuous at best, slim margins, low upside and little brand value for the Whistle brand name. This is purely a start-up driven by non-sports and non-media people. Word of advice: don't waste your time here, hold out for a job at a real sports media company, or one with actual IP, and real growth.
