Stay away The company recently shuttered nearly all US operations and laid off the entire team. I don't know if they'll try to hire more people, but there is no reason to believe they are willing to make any investment in success in North America. Norwegian management is incredibly short-sighted and strategically inept. They do not accept input from anyone outside of Oslo and cannot see farther than the stock price. There is no patience for ROI. They expect instant results and cannot fathom that business takes time. I would not work for this company or this leadership team again.
