Made me attempt suicide I burnt out so hard form the unrealistic demands of the upper management that in the end I attempted suicide to get out of working this horrible job. Directors on up are heartless and only care about the bottom line and their appearance to their liscencing bodies. Managers are expected to work insane hours with no additional compensation. The pay is hardly a living wage and the unpredictable hours makes it impossible for people to do anything but work at everas. You will not be able to go to school or work a second just job to improve your social economic situation. When it comes to your own health management could care less. Your mental health will ultimately suffer from working at this agency.
