Worst. Job. Ever. Overworked and severely underpaid staff (even for non profit). Poor management, from the department directors all the way up to the CEO. For most of the senior staff members (who have held their positions for the past 30 years) this is the only job they have ever worked. This would explain why they are so completely out of touch with how a business should be run.
