You don?t want to work here This is a textbook hostile and toxic work environment. Many of the positive reviews here are planted and lying: There is a 401(k), but it has 0% contribution. There?s a free gym, with one strength machine. The benefits are terrible, with high copay and high deductible. The office is big and clean but it?s also in the middle of nowhere, with geese poop all over the parking lot and a view of chimney stacks from your window. The managing partners show no interest in and don?t bother communicating with staff. Everyone is micromanaged to death with no support or constructive feedback. No accomplishment is recognized and every mistake is blamed down. Work regularly includes overtime at night and weekends, especially during trials, which is fine except that the partners go out of their way to never say ?thank you.? See for yourself?look on LinkedIn or other job sites to see the high turnover. Most employees burn out in just a year or two and either quit in a huff or get fired, but it?s rarely amicable
