Don't let the Culture Videos Fool You Don't get me wrong, perks are great. But when it comes down to it, the perks simply don't make up for extremely poor management, constant reorgs, lack of diversity, and favoritism. It seems as if leadership is making more of an effort to listen to their employees recently but there is very little action that comes as a result. It's gotten to the point where people don't even bother complaining because what's the point of saying something that's already been said 1000 times before. I would not recommend this as a first job to anyone coming straight out of college as the second you start to get the hang of things your role will likely change because of a reorg.
