Lack of respect for employees Please do not believe that any negative reviews are from disgruntled employees. That is NOT TRUE. People here who work hard, believe in helping schools and have innovative ideas are treated with disrespect by the CEO (who constantly changes the company direction) and the leadership team members who will do anything he says. If you disagree with the CEO, or bring him fresh ideas that he did not initiate, he will dismiss you, ignore you, talk behind your back and basically sabotage your job. It has happened to dozens of employees. It saddens me that the HR person encourages people to write reviews blaming employees for their bad treatment. She knows better! Trust me if you are smart and have original thoughts, the CEO will turn on you. It's only a matter of time. It is truly the wrong place to work.
