Teachers are not treated well. Everyone and everything else comes first. The leadership team and their various conflicts of interests. Teachers don?t get the support they need, and are very overwhelmed. Teachers work incredibly hard, but unless they are in the in crowd with certain school leaders, they will never advance. Shout outs are the most common reward teachers receive for going above and beyond... not compensation or promotions.
