Cognizant acquisition is a total failure IC could have been an amazing point of difference for Cognizant. Instead, there has been a lack of investment in its people and the brand, leaders and senior individuals have been disempowered slowly as the company fails to adapt to its new reality. Now there's little hope this acquisition can turn around and deliver substantial value. And personally, I have no faith in Cognizant ever mastering the digital world.
