Horrible I was hired to be a scheduling coordinator and was given a specific training to work with specific tasks. The training consisted in two weeks. It is a lot of information without being well prepared. When you start working you find yourself with other things in the company and there?s no one really that helps when having questions. If you have questions they take to long to answer or your manager see?s your questions and never answer them. This company basically harasses potentials clients who are not clients and have asked to be removed from the list. The company believes that by calling these people everyday or more than five times a day the person will eventually come. The managers of the call centers give you new 15 minute trainings without that being in your job description and off you go. If your working from home and you need to use the bathroom you need to inform 5 people in that email. The job is an 8hr shift with only a 30min lunch break. Working here has been the worst experience I have ever had. The pay rate is super low for what you are required to do. This company is not well organized , when scheduling PT appointments sometimes the clinics are closed and the PT get really mad because no one informs these types of changes to their clients . Sometimes the same staff cancels their appointments without the PT knowing or the staff changes their appointments without letting them know. When asking in teams platform questions the managers will help you barely and if you still have question they do not hesitate to help. They sometimes answer you very unprofessionally. Overall it is really a bad company to work for. If you get called please run. I don?t understand how they have so many clinics and still opening more with this type of work environment.
