Worst company ever They are the biggest liars and cheats. If you?re a felon they will definitely hire you. There is sexual harassment, bullying ( by management, HR, just about everyone) people will make bets about sleeping with new females, they will tell your business, commit fraud and so much more. By far this is the worst company to work for. They don?t care about their employees, but they definitely pretend real well. Most supervisors will toss a new employee straight on base machine and the other employees will not train them properly. If you are a great employee they will eventually force you out the company, they would rather deal with the crappy employees then to compensate or treat the good employees well. They went from excellent healthcare benefits down to worse than Obama Care benefits. If you?re not kissing butt or brown nosing you really have no place in this company. There are multiple people who smoke weed on the property ( whether in your car on the property or somewhere in the Yard or in the back near the smoke tent) people have place they have sex on the property, and they even deal drugs on the property. I?ve know several supervisors, process techs, machine operators, material handlers, maintenance techs, and even leads who do drugs at the work place. Terrible communication, tell you one thing and do the complete opposite. Pay is for crap, they are broke!!! People have been shot and they had NO CLUE how to get in touch with their family. And these aren?t rumors when you have witnessed it first hand.
