Absolutely horrible You basically have to beg and plead to get a raise, they don't do cost of living raises, health insurance is laughable, uses a third party HR company, upper management doesn't listen to feedback and has unrealistic expectations for employees, they expect you to treat this job like its your entire life but don't expect any recognition for anything you do. horrible vacation time, cliquey, childish, just overall horrible place to work.
