Not the same as it used to be There is little chance of ever being promoted as the Agency is too small and no one leaves because they couldn't hack it at another place. The only way to make more money if you are a line staff or middle management is to leave for a bigger agency. They are talking about succession planning now as they come up with a new strategic plan for the next 5 years. HAHAHA!
