Sinking Ship Where to being.. turn over is huge, I have never seen so many employees come and go within a small period of time. You are over worked to the bone. The company continues to take on brands but provides no additional support to develop these brands. There is absolutely no work life balance. You are expected to work all hours, answer emails and yes there a good PTO policy but don't expect to actually be able to use this time. The C-level team is not competent in running an organization, to the point that there has almost been physical altercations between the CEO and CMO, the entire company witnessed this. There is just a level of toxicity that starts with upper management and works its way down, even to the poor interns. There are barely employee events/company culture. It is such a toxic environment that not even HR can fix it. Unless you are in a money driven role, you are replaceable and do not matter. Different departments do not know how to communicate with each other. Everyone points fingers and does not take responsibility for their work or actions. Brand meetings can get intense, nasty and a time to just put blame on others. If given the choice, run the other way.
