Marketing client turnover (LW?s core service) consistently exceeded 95% 2010 - 2013. Clients cited lack of value for services rendered, inconsistency in work product, staff turnover, and customer service. Internally, employees and clients alike are blamed for the client turnover, though the only constant, given turnover, is the Founder and CEO. Not everyone can lead and there's no shame in being average. It is the lack of moral character being the real disappointment.
