Stay away from this disorganized company Everything besides what I listed above for the pros. Management is very disorganized and everyone has their own rules and policies. So if you're working with multiple managers, you'll have multiple rules, policies and procedures to follow. This makes it super hard because it allows a lot of room for error. There no consistency whatsoever. Senior associates tend to feel like they have the authority of a manager and lots of times look down on the staff associate. They can be rude and at times threaten to involve the manager on something minor as not signing off on a working papers. Minor mistake. It seems like management especially Kola doesn't listen or care about the employees. In 2019, this company experienced the highest turnover I've ever seen in my entire life. People would leave just after 1 month. And people are still dropping like flies.There's a lot of things wrong with this company and if management doesn't do something drastic soon, there will be no Williams adley. At all. And maybe that's what this company needs to finally wake up from the old fashioned slumber they've been in. Ohh one last thing: The salary is not competitive at all.
