Floundering Leadership; Atmosphere of Fear Senior management flip-flopping constantly on priorities and direction - poor communication from the top down. When directives change (which is constant), people are so brainwashed that it no longer phases anyone that the goals have just reversed - it's just business as usual. Culture of fear is persuasive - everyone is afraid for their jobs. I quote "When you are having a conversation with anyone up the food chain, you should behave like you are interviewing for your job" - nice! Have heard from current employees that they are jealous of those laid off because they have been able to put it behind and move on - double nice!
