Highly Disappointing I worked during a huge exhibit, and upper management kept pushing for more and more people to enter to maximize profit. The result was a dangerously crowded exhibit, stressed out VSA staff who were constantly berated by guests and upper management, and department managers who tried their hardest to help us when it was clear we weren?t important. I?ve never seen a museum that hates their front of house staff more.
