do not work here Literally everything else. Very toxic, frustrating, unproductive environment. It comes from the top so there's no fixing it. Fine to work at seasonally if you don't mind chaos, but not a good place to be full time. You won't be able to get anything done. Believe the reviews -- it sounds like an amazing job, and in theory it could be. But management inexplicably blocks everyone from doing what they were hired to do. Don't. Do. It.
