Toxic Environment. I worked here over a decade ago and it was a terrible experience not because of anything Alex & the Management team did. Mainly because the people they trusted under them were poisoning new onboarding employees. I remember during my first week I was being told so many awful stories about Alex and his family and how they run the agency. I trusted his person because Alex trusted that person. I don't believe she's there anymore but it was an unfortunate that I bought into their deception. That experience soured me from ever working at another Hispanic agency.
