Unethical and immoral Owners moral and ethical conduct remains and always will be a problem for both employees and customers. Owners lie to employees; promote employees by adding responsibility but no pay raise. Avoid reviews to avoid having to pay a raise. Almost every employee is paid a severance upon dismal or leaving but not given the money until they sign confidentiality agreement. Outright lie to customers. Data center not secure, often outages, not certified for most reg. Often do not deliver services as outlined on contract. Employees overworked, not valued by management and often bullied and treated unprofessional. No hr. Last person who reported management to hr got fired anyways. If you have morals, a conscious, and care about customers.. I wouldn?t work here.
