Odd experience Participation in Landmark Forum is encouraged, and very much a part of the company culture. It's not always called Landmark, but consultants are often brought in to "teach the technology'. The company spends a significant amount of money each year on various outside consultants. The word "transformation" is thrown around a lot and has been for years. It's exciting to get behind at first, but when it amounts to another shiny object to follow, it can be rather frustrating. There is a defined hierarchy and the core group of executives rarely changes. Friends from previous companies are usually hired and given a higher level of respect and salary level.
