Run, don?t walk, away from this company If you don?t drink the kool aid and suck up to Kaitlin and upper management, you are toast. Training is a joke. You are trained for about three weeks as a Talent Specialist and then thrown to your own devices as a recruiter. Sitting with someone for an hour as you watch them search on Linked In recruiter is just not sufficient for this experienced recruiter. There are lots a managers and directors and meetings that are worthless. I started looking for a new job about three months in. It is so political and PC and forced fun. The best part is the weekly team time! That?s 30 minutes of listening to shout outs about the same people every week. Management should give other experienced employees a chance to shine, but that never happens.
