Don't even bother The leadership team here and at Patron Technology (parent company) doesn't care at all about the employees at PM Our "free" healthcare was taken away from us, so we now pay for that, but there was no raise to make it easier, so the staff lost salary overall The morale is so low because everyone knows that no one cares there. The GM and other leaders have their favorites and they are treated well, the rest of us are forgotten How can any company have a video conference holiday party...come on!
