Bad management and inexperienced Managers Too many, ever since the interview. The main problem is that crossix is so desperately trying to expand. They somewhat created a management system to let fresh grads to lead a team/interview candidates, where it's obviously not working because they just read questions from a piece of paper and some senior staff didn't even care to know your name. And this whole situation lasted throughout my time in this company, and I felt like I was still in college where people were just "pretending". People who talk a lot usually get rewarded. And those who really put effort into working are usually under-appreciated.
