ERESC killed my career and did not appreciate 10 years of dedication It was difficult dealing with many of the principals and administration did not fully support you. No family benefits. In 2010, they decided to go up the seniority list up to September 2000 and demote teachers to part-time status. Funding has returned to all districts since then and numerous teachers have retired, yet they keep those 7 tenured teachers part time. Interestingly enough, they have the funds to fully stock central office and their cronies with full time, benefitted, six figure salary positions. They have even created new positions! I am surprised Trenton has not investigated them. Union is useless.
