The ?unlimited pto? super fake... they will talk behind your back when you try to take over a week off (specifically if it?s not during a holiday week) Overbearing managers who are absolute fake that will say they are there to help you, but when you become overwhelmed ?they are too busy?. They swear this is the end all be all... you will be SEVERELY UNDERPAID compared to your job title in other industries. If you do NOT embrace them, they will try everything to get you out the door. The toxic culture cannot be put in to words, by the end of it my anxiety was through the roof. Management will do everything to be kept in the good graces, YOU WILL NOT RECOGNIZED FOR YOUR WORK! If it?s between giving you work that actually falls under you OR giving it to their friend, so ownership does not see that they add no value to the company. YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING IT, no matter how incompetent the clique is
