Don't Walk, RUN from this Company PGB could be the poster-child for High Employee Turnover. Since the above review posted on July 15th, an additional 9 people have left the company. To be clear, those 9 people have all left within a 5 month period. - Treatment of female employees by management is abhorrent. As a female employee, your opinion and expertise will be overlooked and ignored if there is a male in the room; in fact, you should prepare to be talked over and left out of conversations altogether. - Ownership has a very outdated "My way or the highway" method of conducting business. Prepare to be called out and picked on if you do not take notes the way the owner likes, if you use notepads as opposed to notebooks, etc. - Employees are unnecessarily micromanaged and questioned when it comes to the quality of their work. - Flexibility is not in this company's vocabulary. Ownership is not flexible in the way the company is run, nor are they flexible with work schedules. You must work 9-6, no exceptions. - You better not get the flu or any other serious illness during the year, seeing as you only get TWO Sick Days/year. - If you have the audacity to stand up for yourself you will be targeted, penalized, and accused of ?following in the footsteps? of other ?outspoken? employees. - Certain employees at this company are not fans of manual work; consequently, you will find yourself thrown onto extra accounts in order to do that work for them. Oh but don?t worry, they?ll still take all the credit! - Speaking of employee workloads?don?t expect to be asked before receiving additional accounts. Management at this company tends to designate first and consult you later. You will be volunTOLD a lot at this company.
