Not What It Used To Be Management is terrible . Completely disorganized and compartmentalized. There is NO interdepartmental comradery. Every man for himself. In the past 5 years, this company has be through 4 Miami Support Directors. No one stays. They have a high turnover rate. If you are not management and you last 2 years, you're lucky. Management is completely incompetent and envious. The training does not prepare you for the Jobs at hand at all. This company does not care about their employees. They are treated as numbers. If you dont want to slave for a place that doesn't care about you, then run away. There is no security. You are overworked, underpaid, and not appreciated no matter how hard you work. If you stand up to management about something you believe is right, you now have a target on your back. They do not like people who have their own minds.
