Racist as hell It is terrible to work in a place of higher education that employs and promotes racists. It is difficult to be a POC and work in this environment in the enrollment team. Parker has lately tried to make changes to the RACISM is too much to overcome. Every day is a struggle and going to upper leadership won?t change because they back each other up. For instance, a higher-up, awful, vile harlot was removed a few months ago, but instead of ending the prejudicial practices of this administration, it empowered them more and made them into protectionists. POC are treated differently and subjected to different treatment by not receiving enough support when there is a difficult situation. Whites are being treated like kings and queens even being given privileges that others have worked hard and longer for in order to achieve. Times have STILL not changed at Parker. Not a great work place because of this. Get rid of the racists (yes plural) once and for all. No one is organized and no one know what they are doing. We hide it for the students make it better for us.
